Research Activities:

Neuropsychological outcomes in children and adolescents with neurological disorders

Primary Area of Research:

My research is broadly focused on neuropsychological and neurobehavioral outcomes of neurological and medical disorders in children and adolescents.

My interests include:

1) Examining patterns of functional neuropsychological, academic, behavioural, and adaptive deficits longitudinally

2) Examining variables that ameliorate or promote the persistence of neurocognitive difficulties

3) Examining the utility of neuropsychological screening batteries in predicting neuropsychological outcomes

Specific populations of interest include brain tumor and leukemia survivors, sickle cell disease, epilepsy surgery, and mild to severe pediatric traumatic brain injury.
