Research Summary
My program of research has three primary components. In the first, mental health in schools, I study the role of mental health on school functioning and preparedness to transition from high school to adult life. In the second, neuropsychology, I examine assessments to inform interventions and collaborate on projects using neurostimulation to enhance other interventions. Relatedly, I work on a team focusing on connected neuroscience and education in answering applied research questions relating to improving outcomes for students. The third highlights the intersection between teaching and research, examining practices related to teaching and assessing clinical reasoning in school psychology in order to improve clinical practice.
