Owerko Centre Catalyst Grants in Neurodevelopmental Research

The Owerko Centre Catalyst Grants in Neurodevelopmental Research support research related to neurodevelopment and neurodevelopmental conditions. Research questions can focus on any developmental period – from pre-natal to childhood to older adulthood. 

Value: up to $50,000 each

Duration: 2 years

Applications for Owerko Centre Catalyst Grants should meet the below criteria: 

Owerko member

The Nominated Principal Applicant (NPA) must be a member of the Alberta Children's Hospital Research Institute and the Owerko Centre.

Exploring neurodevelopment

The research proposed must be related to neurodevelopment, neurodevelopmental conditions and/or child mental health.

Focused on early development

Research must be focused on childhood, spanning early developmental periods to adolescence.
