Prenatal alcohol exposure, fetal programming, and vulnerability over the life course: a translational approach

There will be 8 trainee flash talks in the morning, consisting of a 3 minute flash talk and 2 minutes for questions.

There will be 8 trainee flash talks in the afternoon, consisting of a 3 minute flash talk and 2 minutes for questions.

Information for trainee presenters

Trainees will have an opportunity to present their research work in a "3 minute flash talk".
Abstracts submitted via registration link.

Abstract deadline: April 30

Trainees will be notified of their acceptance to present at the conference by May 14.

Powerpoint submission deadline: TBA

  • Abstract guidelines
  • All talks to be followed by a 2 minute Q&A
  • The presentation should be geared towards a broad audience outside of your field of study who may know little about your research area
  • Competition will be judged by Owerko Centre principal investigators
  • Judging criteria (available soon)
