Biostatistical Consultation
Support Form

Biostatistical consultation support is available to members of ACHRI, and their trainees.

Please complete the Biostatistical Consultation Support Request Form below. Separate projects must have individual request forms. The requested project description and/or funding protocol are crucial to ensure that the consultant understands the project before the initial meeting.

Timeline: Submit your request well in advance of a grant/project deadline, preferably at least 5 weeks prior. Within 3 working days of receiving your request, you will be contacted to to arrange an initial meeting.

Biostatistics consultation service is available for members and their trainees only. The initial 6-hour consultation is free of charge per project, and an hourly flat-rate of $90/hour thereafter provided by the Biostatistics Consultant.

An invoice will be issued and full payment is required upon project completion.

Authorship for publications including manuscripts, conference proceedings, public presentations, is required for significant contribution and based on the service provided.

Members and researchers are encouraged to incorporate biostatistics support costs into their grant applications as appropriate.
