Nearly 100 guests enjoyed Lorna Estabrooks’ (MN’97, NP’09) talk on Saturday, Oct. 1 at The Ranchmen's Club for the 2016 Marguerite Schumacher Memorial Alumni Lecture. 

Estabrooks spoke about her journey to becoming a nurse practitioner (NP), touching on her early career, following her diploma, in Kelowna and her move to Edmonton where she completed her undergraduate degree. 

This year celebrated the 40-year anniversary of the Class of 1976. The renunion was organized by Dianne Dyer (BN’76, MN’93) and fellow 1976 grads Gail Liggett, Sandi Golding, Jennifer Nagel and Wendy Cairns.
